Intro

Have you been wondering about how to be consistent in writing blog posts regularly? I definitely have, and in this article, I will share my insights and personal experience about it.

How to Publish A New Post Regularly

How to publish posts regularly, when you may be struggling with it? Before I answer this question, let's think about YouTubers and bloggers, who publish regularly, some of them every day. Do you think they always have something to publish, because they always have ideas? I think it is true that they often have ideas, but not always. All of this article is only my opinion, ok. So, when you do not have ideas, you search for them. You find a topic on which you could make a post, and you learn about this topic. And then you write about it. That's it, nothing complicated.

My Way of Regular Posting

The thing is that when I failed to meet my weekly quota of writing a blog post every week, I kinda knew about what I talked about above. I didn't want to learn something just to write a blog post. And what was the result? I published rarely, you can actually see that if you check the dates of previous blog posts. And recently, I decided to publish daily posts. I overcame my unwillingness to learn something just to publish, because I saw what poor results I had with that attitude. If I can, I publish a new blog post every day. And if I cannot, then I make it in two days. The result is that I publish every post in one or two days. I consider it quite consistent. Of course, it is possible that I may not be able to finish in two days. In this case, the process is similar: you write it in three days. And if your goal is a new blog post every week, then you have more time. Just find something and learn about it. And then write about it.

Value vs Consistency

One reason why I may not make a post in a day is that I may not have enough time. Sometimes, it just takes time to prepare something to write about, and therefore, I may not be ready in one day. I found that it is a good idea to keep a balance between consistency and the value I produce. This may result in writing shorter posts, but it is okay as long as I produce something that has value. Remember, consistency is key!

Conclusion

Here you have it! These are my thoughts on how to be consistent in writing regular blog posts. I hope it helps you in your writing journey.
