React Developer

To develop apps, I use JavaScript libraries React and Next.js. As I've discovered through my experience with React Native, building with React and Next.js is actually simpler in many cases. By using React and Next.js, we cover web, iOS, Android, and desktop, all from a single codebase. This is much easier compared to adapting apps using React Native for both Android and iOS, where you need to have Apple products, and where the web still needs to be developed separately. Additionally, PWAs (Progressive Web Apps) make it feel like native apps, providing users with an app-like experience without the need for app store distribution. That said, there are definitely cases where React Native still makes sense, like when you need true native performance or deep hardware integration. Though for most of the apps I'm building, React and Next.js are the way to go. Therefore, I am excited to continue my journey of building apps that solve problems on the spot :).

I created this blog to share my learning experiences in mobile development and beyond, showcase solutions to problems I encountered along the way, and just for fun! 😄. For creating this blog, I used the Tailwind Nextjs Starter Blog, created by Timothy Lin. Thanks to him for this awesome blogging template, which has everything I need for a blog and requires minimal effort to set up.
